Accounting for Condominium and Townhome Homeowners Associations began on September 1, 1978, then on January 1, 1993 incorporated and changed its name to ACT Accounting-Bookkeeping Inc. Our 25 year history includes working with management companies, on-site managers, and self managed common interest communities in the Denver, Colorado metropolitan area.
